Fitness By Atlas Ski conditioning is dedicated to breaking the traditional mold of ski conditioning through helping people understand their bodies better – by improving skiing ability but also by building body awareness.
After completing a Fitness By Atlas 4 week program, you will never feel yourself ski the same way again. Nor will you ever watch someone ski the same way again – the program is designed to give you both ability and understanding of how the body and its muscles move to achieve the skiing movements required.
You will learn both how to use your body to your advantage and how to work your body to get exactly the results you want.
With your new understanding of the skiing movement, you will also be able to tell others how they can improve what they are doing -if you feel like sharing

i am interested. i am an expert skier however, have not worked out this summer

Being 56 years old doesn’t mean you can’t get in great shape either – lets put it this way, the better your training the more you will be able to ski but also the faster you will recover if you (heaven forbid) take a bad fall then you will be back up and at ‘em in no time at all
